PrimeOS privacy information
Google sign-in
PrimeOS requests basic Google sign-in information using the openid and email permissions. It validates Google identity evidence and associates the verified account identifier with an explicitly approved PrimeOS account. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or other Google business data through sign-in.
Business information
Authorized owners use PrimeOS to manage company records, locations, notes, photos, tasks and approvals. Information may also come from separately authorized business systems. Access is restricted by company permissions; a Google account alone does not authorize access.
Storage and service providers
The hosted business database, photos and deliberate backup exports are encrypted. Hostinger provides hosting, Cloudflare protects access, and Google provides sign-in. Availability monitoring receives status signals, not business records or encryption keys. Authorized services must process information while the workspace is running.
Retention and requests
Business records and audit history are retained under the owners' instructions. Backups are retained separately for recovery. Contact support about access, corrections, retention or privacy requests; removal from active use does not imply immediate removal from every retained backup.
